How it works.

Our Booking Process

  1. Fill out our
    contact us form

Let us know what event you have in mind. Give us details around the venue and party size of your event. This will help us assess the right package for your requirements.

2. Follow up

Our team will reach out to confirm your inquiry details.

3. Estimate

Once the details of your event have been confirmed we will draft up an estimate and send it over for review.

Note: Estimates do not include gratuity or tax.

4. Invoice

If you are happy with the estimate you can sign and return the contract for our records.

5. Deposit & Balance

We will request the deposit up to 10 days prior to the event via a secure link. The deposit is 50% of the total invoice. The remaining balance will be expected on the day of the event.

6. Event Day

On the day of the event, our team will arrive up to an hour prior to the start time.
